Support fleet management benefiting from NSS services
You can benefit from all NSS services with our fleet management offer. You choose the way you finance your cars and we take care of their management, going through all analysis to optimise costs.
 
Get all the advantages of NSS services for your fleet. Fleet management offers you the complete range of services you can find in full service leasing, the difference being that you finance your vehicle or already own it.
Your contract includes:
- A number of services (maintenance, assistance...)
- Support in the daily management of your fleet
- You can choose between a monthly fixed cost or an actual cost billing and an administration fee
You already own the vehicles or you finance them.

Your advantages:
- You benefit from our negociated rates with car dealers and services providers related to your fleet.
- You can use NSS resales services to sell your cars.

I - DURATION OF AGREEMENT (RENTAL AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES, INCLUDING INSURANCE)
     The contract of full service rental is concluded for a period of 48 months.
    
II - INSURANCE:
    The insurance package includes:
          - Full CASCO insurance: for partial damage 150,00 EUR franchise – theft or total damage 0% franchise.
          - Third Part Liability – (RCA) limits of compensation : subject of existing legislation
          - Accident of passengers : compensation limits of 5.000 EUR for accidental death, 10.000 EUR for permanent disability, 15 EUR for hospitalization/day for a maximum of 180 days/person/year

III - VEHICLE MANAGEMENT
Vehicle Maintenance:
All service and maintenance costs, required by manufacturer. Wear and tear and periodical legal inspections (ITP) are included.
Tires maintenance:
 

Tire management:

This service helps you optimize your comfort, safety, risk factors and fuel consumption. Subscribe for a fix number of tires, calculated according to the period/kilometers, specified in the contract.

Vehicle and Driver Assistance:
Assistance is available in case of an accident or a technical failure 24hours/day, 7days/week, 365/year on the Romanian territory.

(1) Covered issues: accidents, fire, mechanical faults, theft, vandalism.

(2) Uncovered issues: faults or errors generated by running out of fuel, loss of keys, locking keys inside the car, usual tire flats.

Replacement Vehicle:
Assuring the mobility of your employees is our priority. We can provide a replacing vehicle in case of theft or lost service time.

Fuel management:
This is a tool, which helps managing all the services related to purchasing fuel, or other additional products selected by the Client, from the stations of NSS suppliers. You can purchase fuel using fuel cards or the Fill&Go system. All the activities associated with fuel management are included in this service, except for the fuel consumed by the client, which is paid by NSS and  then fully charged to the Client.
